本件藏品為民國 30 年代（1940年代）第二次世界大戰時期，美製 M3A3「司徒」（Stuart）輕戰車專用之駕駛儀表台，且為極其珍稀的「全新庫存品」（New Old Stock）。

儘管歷經近八十載歲月，該儀表台仍保持當年出廠時的原始狀態，未經使用或翻修。其表面的軍用橄欖綠（OD Green）塗裝完整，各類儀表（如油壓表、安培表、電壓表、水溫表等）、轉速表、開關旋鈕及原廠標籤標示皆清晰可辨，連同背後的電路連接線與固定螺絲均完整保留。此類軍用物資在戰後多被報廢或在長期使用中耗損，能以如此完美的「時光膠囊」狀態存世，實屬罕見。

This artifact is a genuine New Old Stock (NOS) driver’s instrument dashboard for the U.S.-made M3A3 "Stuart" light tank, dating back to the Second World War (1940s).

Despite the passage of nearly eighty years, this dashboard remains in its original factory condition, having never been installed or refurbished. Its surface retains the original military Olive Drab (OD) Green paint. All gauges—including the Voltmeter, Ammeter, Oil Pressure, Water Temperature, Tachometer, and Speedometer—along with the original switches, knobs, and data plates, are clearly legible. Remarkably, the rear wiring harness and mounting screws are also intact. While most military surplus of this era was scrapped or worn down through decades of use, this item has survived as a rare "time capsule" of WWII industrial history.
